Data on the number of deaths and injuries during recent protests in Kazakhstan has been released.

During the unrest, 225 local residents were killed, including 19 police and military personnel.

In turn, the director of the public relations department of the Ministry of Health, Asel Artakshinova, said that out of 225 dead, 175 citizens died in medical institutions.

Figures were also given for the number of victims: a total of 4,578 people. Of these, 4,353 people were injured, including 3,393 security forces.

By the way, today the red danger level remains in three regions of Kazakhstan.
