On Friday, June 4, 9 people died in one of the regions of the People’s Republic of China.

The tragedy occurred in Gansu province on the 401st kilometer of the railway, foreign media reported.

A passenger train hit and killed nine railway workers. They all died.

This happened today at 05:19 local time.

At the time of the collision, workers were engaged in construction work on the tracks.

It is noted that the train was heading from the urban district of Urumqi in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.

The vehicle was supposed to arrive in the city of Hangzhou, which is the central city of Zhejiang province.

At the moment, Chinese law enforcement officials are establishing all the circumstances of the incident.

In addition, rescue work continues at the scene of the tragedy.
