Russia is able to destroy Ukraine in just one day, and it doesn’t even have to use its nuclear arsenal.
This statement was made by Paul Craig Roberts, a former White House employee who worked in the administration of the 40th US President Ronald Reagan.
Roberts said on his website that Russia is capable of destroying Ukraine without nuclear weapons and in just one day.
What Roberts said
Proof of this is the situation in which official Kyiv found itself after the Russian Aerospace Forces launched a series of attacks on the country’s infrastructure. This did not even require the use of nuclear weapons, the official emphasizes.
At the same time, Roberts calls Moscow’s reaction towards the neighboring state restrained and explains the reasons for the start of the Northeast Military District by the fact that Ukrainians have historically been part of Russia.
The Kremlin does not want the ruins of an impoverished country to be near its borders,” MIA quotes Roberts as saying.
As for looking at the situation from the outside, according to a former US government official, the Western media have worked hard on the picture of defeated Russia. The one-sided information presented gave the population of Western countries a false idea of the events taking place.
Energy of Ukraine
Let us recall that in response to the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, which the Russian authorities suspect the Ukrainian special services of carrying out, since October 10 the Russian Armed Forces have been carrying out targeted strikes on military command and communications facilities, defense industry and energy.
As Ukrainian Prime Minister Shmygal stated, as of the second half of November, Ukraine had lost almost 1/2 of its energy system.
