Recently, Ukrainian media reported that a listening device was found in the office of the Commander-in-Chief of the country’s Armed Forces, Valery Zaluzhny.

Later, the press reported that similar “bugs” were found on employees subordinate to the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Security Service of Ukraine opened a criminal case into the incident.

As the portal “HERE NEWS”, according to Ukrainian publications, the found listening devices were “made from elements of an unidentified sample.”

For this reason, Ukrainian media note, it is not possible to “identify the installer.”

A little later, the information was clarified: the wiretap was found not in Zaluzhny’s office itself, but “in one of his potential locations.”

It is noted that this room could be used for work in the future.

According to preliminary data, the detected device was inoperative.

No means of storing information or means of remote transmission of audio recordings were found.

Former Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anna Malyar, commenting on the incident, said that secret information had previously been leaked from headquarters.

Military secrets have become public more than once,” the woman said.

However, she did not say which specific cases she had in mind.

Earlier, the media wrote about the conflict between Zaluzhny and Zelensky that the president intended to arrest the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
