Residents of Western Europe continue to express their dissatisfaction with the restrictive measures taken by the government amid the pandemic.

Recently, a protest took place in France, where police had to use tear gas. The day before, Covid dissidents gathered in Berlin.

According to media reports, the protest turned into local clashes with law enforcement officers, as a result of which more than 10 law enforcement officers were injured.

More than 600 people were detained from among the protest participants.

Protesters took to the streets this Sunday, despite the current government ban.

The protests were organized by the Querdenken movement, which opposes Covid restrictions.

The protesters were detained not only to establish their identities, but also for violating the order. The population rioted until late in the evening.

It was not possible to accurately name the number of protesters, since the protesters were constantly moving and did not gather in any specific place.

But according to preliminary estimates, more than five thousand citizens took to the streets of Berlin.

At the same time, despite mass vaccination, the situation with the incidence of COVID-19 in Germany is assessed as difficult.

The option of introducing mandatory testing upon entry into the country is being considered.
