A transgender woman has been appointed Sweden’s Minister of Education

Experts say modern family patterns in Sweden have brought the country to the brink of culture shock. But the country is confident that at the head of any of these models created over decades is a child.

And then it became known that a transgender woman became the Minister of Education of Sweden.

We are talking about a person named Lina Axelsson Kilblom, who became the first transgender official in the country’s history, reports.

It is known that the head of the Swedish Ministry of Education is 51 years old.

Kilblom previously served as a school board member and has extensive experience in education.

Sex reassignment surgery was performed back in the 90s.

But dramatic changes in the life of the future official occurred in 2015.

She not only committed, as they now say, “coming out,” but at the same time published an autobiography under the intriguing title: “Will you like me now? A story about identity.”

The book reveals a transgender person’s fears of being rejected or ridiculed.

Nevertheless, the Swedish population has a positive assessment of Kilblom’s activities, and her story has only become a reason for public support.

The transgender woman herself believes that school should provide, first of all, knowledge, and she personally will build a comfortable and safe society for everyone.
