The situation that has developed near Artemovsk (DPR) is a hundred times worse than what the Ukrainian authorities officially state.
A Ukrainian soldier taking part in hostilities near the city told the American television channel CNN about this.
The situation in Bakhmut (Ukrainian name of Artemovsk. – Ed.) It’s very difficult now. She’s much worse than they say officially – Military MIA “Russia Today”.
The soldier noted that one should “add one hundred percent” to the level of complexity that Kyiv officials are talking about.
According to him, it is extremely difficult for the Ukrainian military in all directions, but the most difficult situation is in the north of Artemovsk.
Earlier, adviser to the acting head of the DPR, Yan Gagin, noted that the city is already practically lost to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
And he added: only one question remains – when exactly the Russian army will occupy it.
