A wounded Ukrainian soldier who escaped from his military unit gave an interview to The Times.
He says that he no longer wants to fight under the command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the Kyiv administration.
RIA Novosti that the soldier is hiding in Lvov – he was wounded in the shoulder. The Vinnitsa hospital was unable to completely remove the fragments from him.
The soldier adds that due to pain and numbness in his arm, he is unable to control his arm normally.
The Ukrainian notes that one of the doctors offered to issue him a certificate of unfitness for military service if the soldier gave him one and a half thousand dollars.
Afterwards, the soldier learned that he could have an operation in Germany – he plans to visit this country. However, the military man was not allowed to leave Ukraine.
A Ukrainian citizen who signed up for service as a volunteer was ordered to return to his unit. The angry soldier asked for help from the command, but they refused to provide assistance.
At the moment the soldier is in despair.
