Accusations of harassment against Silvio Almeida are the subject of an investigation by the Public Ministry of Labor

The Public Ministry of Labor (MPT) opened a civil inquiry to investigate accusations of sexual harassment allegedly committed by the former Minister of Human Rights.

The procedure was opened on Monday (9) and is being processed at the Regional Labor Attorney’s Office of the 10th Region, which covers Tocantins and the Federal District.

According to the ordinance that opened the investigation, the complaint received constitutes, in principle, an “infringement of the legal-labor order and the collective rights of workers”.
