Alexander Lukashenko addressed President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with congratulations on the national holiday – International Day of Neutrality.

The President of Belarus expressed confidence that friendly relations between the two countries will serve the development of “economic and humanitarian contacts.”

Alexander Lukashenko sent words of congratulations to the President of Turkmenistan, the President reports.

The Belarusian leader declared his readiness to expand mutually beneficial cooperation with Turkmenistan.

Turkmenistan makes a significant contribution to ensuring international stability and security, and is an example of peace and good neighborliness, the Belarusian president said in his address.

The head of state emphasized that the friendly relations that have been established between Minsk and Ashgabat “will serve as a reliable foundation for the development of constructive political dialogue and the intensification of economic and humanitarian contacts.”

Addressing Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Alexander Lukashenko wished him “good health, new victories and achievements,” and prosperity and harmony to the people of Turkmenistan.
