American Republican Congressman Andy Biggs said that the United States is not led by President Joseph Biden, but by his administration.
The legislator made this statement on the American television channel Fox Business.
What Biggs said about Biden’s condition
Biggs was commenting on the fact that the US President was unable to read the subtitles from a large teleprompter.
The congressman was also asked to comment on an Associated Press poll, according to which 63% of Americans doubt Biden’s ability to fulfill his duties.
Biggs stated that the cognitive abilities of the US President are deteriorating and this is obvious to the whole world and the public.
We all feel that it is not Biden who is really leading the country, – said the congressman.
Biggs said many Americans ask him who really runs the country.
This is his office. Each of them rules in his own fiefdom, – the congressman added.
