American historian Eric Zuesse is convinced: the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines blew up the United States.
He shared his opinion on this matter during an interview with Haber 7 TV channel, noting that Washington’s actions had hit the European Union.

He added that by blowing up gas pipelines, America ensured that Europe would constantly overpay, and quite significantly.
Zuesse also said that, in his opinion, Russian natural gas is more suitable for European industry than overseas blue fuel.
Another factor that the historian drew attention to is that Russia, due to its geographical location, is a “natural gas supplier” to the European Union.
From now on, European countries, except Russia, will pay the highest energy prices in the world. At least for a long time, because the giant gas pipelines were destroyed,” the specialist concluded.
