Retired American intelligence officer Scott Ritter gave an interview for the Judging Freedom Youtube channel.
He spoke about the Russian president’s political course towards Ukraine.
Ritter believes that Vladimir Putin is successfully controlling the course of the military conflict on the territory of the Ukrainian state.
A former American military officer believes that US President Joe Biden is currently in a panic due to the constant destruction of Ukrainian military equipment.
According to Ritter, Putin has full confidence in the capabilities of the Russian army, which cannot be said about the military on the western side.
Ritter is referring to Petraeus, whom he compares to a frightened animal who constantly tells lies.
The former American military man also suggests paying attention to Sullivan, Blinken and Biden, who appear to be panicking.
Ritter notes that Biden cannot speak to donors without having a panic attack.
Ritter also says that the threat of using nuclear weapons from Russia is real.
