0views

American journalist and Pulitzer Prize winner Seymour Hersh accused the United States of undermining the Russian Nord Stream gas pipelines.

Hersh claims that the explosives under Nord Stream were planted by US Navy divers and activated by the Norwegians.

The journalist reported this on his website.

What does the article say?

Hersh, citing an informed source, writes that in the summer of 2022, US Navy divers planted remotely activated explosive devices under the Nord Streams, acting under the cover of the Baltops 22 exercises of the North Atlantic Alliance.

According to the journalist, on September 26, a Norwegian Navy plane dropped a sonar buoy, which set off explosive devices.

Hersh notes that US President Joseph Biden decided to sabotage Russian gas pipelines after 9 months of secret discussions with his administration’s national security officials, in particular with his national security adviser Jake Sullivan, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and his deputy Victoria Nuland.

During the discussions, representatives of the Navy proposed blowing up gas pipelines using a submarine, and the Air Force suggested dropping a bomb with a remote fuse from an airplane.

During the discussions, the main question was how not to leave evidence, – said in the publication.

Representatives of the White House and the CIA, in response to Hersh’s request, categorically rejected this information.
