An American reconnaissance plane monitored the explosion at Nord Stream – Flightradar24

Recently information appeared that the results of the explosion at Nord Stream in the Baltic Sea, which occurred on the morning of September 26, 2022, were being monitored.

This was carried out by an American P-8A Poseidon reconnaissance aircraft, as evidenced by data from the Flightradar24 service.

The resource preserved the flight track of this aircraft, which arrived in the area of the incident an hour after the explosion – MIA Rossiya Segodnya.

Let us recall that on Wednesday, American journalist Seymour Hersh published a material alleging his country’s involvement in sabotage of the gas pipeline.

According to the author of the article, US military divers installed explosives under the pipes of an underwater gas pipeline in the summer of 2022.

Three months later, the explosive device was detonated by the Norwegians.

The journalist also claims that the US Navy proposed attacking Nord Stream with a submarine.

According to Flightradar24, the American reconnaissance aircraft in question flew in from the Atlantic Ocean.

It passed Denmark and flew to the island of Bornholm, after which it refueled over Poland from a KC-135R refueling aircraft.

Next, Poseidon returned to Bornholm and at about 04:45 (European summer time) circled over the explosion area, while beginning to descend.

Soon it dropped from 7,300 to 2,200 meters, after which it disappeared from the radar (apparently the transponder was turned off).
