“An elderly man with poor memory.” Congress wants to remove Biden from power

American Congressman Ken Buck said he was preparing to submit a resolution to his colleagues.

This document initiates the use of the 25th Amendment to the Constitution to remove President Joe Biden from power.

The Fox News channel, the MIA Rossiya Segodnya news agency, learned about Buck’s plans.

According to this amendment, the removal of the head of state from power is possible in the event that a majority of senior administration officials and the vice president come to the conclusion that the president is unable to perform his functions.

If the process starts, then the responsibilities of the owner of the White House are transferred to his deputy.

Buck says the key argument for such a move regarding Biden is the report of special counsel Robert Heur.

There are no conclusions about the need to remove the current head of state from power, but he is characterized as “an elderly man with poor memory.”

Buck considers the information in the document evidence of Biden’s inability to fulfill the duties of the US President.

It’s time for the Vice President and the Cabinet to put the country first and move forward by invoking the 25th Amendment, the congressman said.

Harris previously wished for Biden as US president.
