An explosion occurred in the western part of one of the most famous Turkish cities – Istanbul.
According to local media, at least ten people were injured in the incident.
What caused the explosion is still unclear. There has also been no data yet on the presence or absence of human casualties.
According to the TASS agency, city authorities are evacuating residents of one of the houses in the Beyoglu district due to a power failure.
Earlier, near this house, according to eyewitnesses, an explosion was heard – in a place where high-voltage lines run underground.
Immediately after the explosion, thick smoke began pouring out, filling the entire street.
The local administration decided to evacuate the residents of the house and only after that begin to find out the reasons for what happened.
Currently, this is exactly what the relevant city services are doing, including establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
