On Wednesday evening, October 12, a plane crash occurred in Ukraine – an Ukrainian Armed Forces fighter plane crashed near Vinnitsa.

The command of the Ukrainian Air Force informs about this, noting that the incident occurred around nine o’clock in the evening (the time coincides with Belarusian time).

According to the Air Force, a fighter from one of the tactical aviation brigades crashed. The pilot was able to eject.

The pilot successfully ejected – message from MIA Rossiya Segodnya.

This is all that is known about the incident. The department did not say what caused the accident.

The only thing that command representatives said was that the pilot at some point “began to lose control for unknown technical reasons.”

Let us remind you that a Russian special military operation is currently ongoing on the territory of Ukraine.

It started on February 24, 2022. On that day, Vladimir Putin said that in this way Moscow responded to a request for military assistance from the heads of the DPR and LPR.
