Advisor to the head of the office of the President of the country, Alexey Arestovich, informed the general public about this.

Separately, he noted the fact that “when a company runs away from the direction, neighboring units, as a rule, become very sad, and the enemy runs in there.”
Earlier, the head of the Russian private military company Wagner, Yevgeny Prigozhin, said that Soledar is under the control of PMC fighters.
He also said that in the center of this settlement a cauldron has been formed in which hostilities continue.
Acting head of the DPR Denis Pushilin also said that the city is under the control of Russian forces.
According to him, Soledar, like Artemovsk, should soon be completely liberated.
