Armenia suspended participation in the CSTO – Pashinyan

Recently it became known that Armenia has suspended its participation in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).

This decision of Yerevan was announced by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a conversation with a representative of the France 24 TV channel.

He argued his withdrawal from the Treaty by the fact that, according to Yerevan, it was not implemented in part of Armenia, especially in 2021-2022.
