The acting governor of the Zaporozhye region, Evgeniy Balitsky, made an important statement.
He announced the imminent onset of a period during which the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as he put it, would be “digested” and “disassembled into atoms.”
The official promised this fate to those units of the Ukrainian army located in the Zaporozhye region in his telegram channel.
Balitsky promises that they are destined for complete and thorough defeat in a month, perhaps a month and a half.
He justified his announcement by the fact that he is constantly in touch with the Russian military and also constantly monitors the situation at the front.
Separately, I drew attention to the unsuccessful attempts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to break through the defenses in the Zaporozhye direction.
We did not give up a single strategically important settlement,” the civil servant assured.
According to him, settlements on the Vremevsky ledge, located in the lowlands, are now being shot at from all sides.
The acting head of the region suggested that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are doing this to achieve victory at any cost, regardless of their losses.
We will use the opportunity to “digest” the enemy in these territories where it is beneficial for us,” Balitsky noted.
And then he told me what would happen if the enemy continued to attack in the same way as he had been doing for the last nine days.
I think that in a month or a month and a half we will be able to “digest” them, disassemble them into atoms, and then we will have an open opportunity for our initiative, after we wear down the enemy,” the official said about his vision of the situation.
