50views

The US President publicly accused the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, of a serious crime.

Joe Biden believes a member of the royal family is responsible for the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi in 2018.

The American leader stated this at a press conference in the city of Jeddah, dedicated to the results of negotiations with the country’s leadership.

According to Biden, the prince said that he was not personally responsible for what happened.

I pointed out that I was. He said that he took action against those who were responsible for this – the US President of the Rossiya Segodnya news agency.

According to Biden’s statement, he also discussed the issue of human rights violations in the kingdom with the crown prince.

Let us remember that the murder in question occurred four years ago – the Saudi journalist for the Washington Post, Jamal Khashoggi, was brutally deprived of his life.

An American media representative was killed in Turkey. US intelligence informed about the involvement of the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Al Saud in the crime.

During the election campaign, Joe Biden said he would turn the Arabian Peninsula state into a “rogue state” because of the killing.

While on an official visit to Saudi Arabia, the US President said that he does not regret what he said earlier, since the situation, in his words, is “outrageous.”
