US President Joseph Biden said that Russia is losing to Ukraine.

The American leader made this statement on July 10 at the North Atlantic Alliance summit.

His words are quoted by the White House.

What Biden said about Russia and Ukraine

In his speech, the US President assured his allies that Russia would lose.

Make no mistake, Russia is losing this war, – said the American leader, adding that the war will end with Russia not winning, and Ukraine remaining independent and free.

According to him, Russian President Vladimir Putin was counting on the collapse of NATO, but the alliance instead rallied around Ukraine.

Also in his speech, Biden announced the transfer to Ukraine by the United States, Italy, Germany and Romania of equipment for 5 additional air defense systems, and in 2025 – hundreds of interceptor missiles.

According to a joint statement by the United States, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany and Romania, distributed by the White House press service, Ukraine will receive 4 additional Patriot air defense systems and the Italian SAMP-T system.

Biden previously said that he would not refuse to participate in the presidential election.
