The American media learned about Joe Biden’s readiness to sign a draft law on financing the government without assistance to Israel and Ukraine.

Let us remind you that the US House of Representatives recently approved this document by a majority vote.

According to CNN, the head of state can give his go-ahead to this draft law if the Senate approves it first.

But for it to come into force, the document must be approved by the Senate before November 17 and then signed by the president.
