During the dialogue, Joe Biden promised Vladimir Zelensky to continue to provide military assistance to Kyiv.

Earlier, Moscow sent a note to NATO countries due to the ongoing supply of weapons to Kyiv.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that any cargo containing weapons for Ukraine would become a legal target for his country.
Also, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that by supplying weapons to Ukraine, NATO is “playing with fire.”
