Joe Biden notified the wider international community about US plans to increase its military presence in Poland.
According to him, under current conditions America has no need for this.
There is no need for additional troops on the Polish border, but tomorrow I am meeting with the Prime Minister of Poland, – owner of the White House MIA “Russia Today”.
It is noted that Biden plans to meet not only with Donald Tusk, but also with Polish President Andrzej Duda.
The latter, on the eve of his flight to the United States, said that Warsaw wants three things from Washington:
– more American military personnel;
– more military equipment for Ukraine;
– guarantees that Donald Trump’s statements “undermining the meaning of NATO” are just empty words.
Earlier, Republicans in Congress accepted Biden’s budget request.
