The professor believes that Biden underestimates the nuclear potential of the Russian state, which can use these weapons if necessary.
It says that Biden is in information isolation created by “his courtiers.”
The expert recalls that the US leader previously casually noted that at the moment there is no real prospect of the use of nuclear weapons by Russia.
The professor notes that we must not forget that there are “red lines” on the territory of Ukraine that are violated by NATO.
Siracusa says that Russia takes the NATO policy towards Ukraine very seriously.
He believes it is necessary to take the danger of a nuclear conflict seriously and calls for a more focused approach to Russia’s decisions.
The expert believes that relations between the United States and Russia can gradually recover after the defeat of Ukraine.
