The director of Infrastructure, Energy Transition and Climate Change at BNDES, Luciana Costa, told CNN, this Friday morning (27), which did not authorize her to be included in a lobby to nominate names for a position at the COP summit in Belém.
Luciana Costa’s name appears in a letter, addressed to Itamaraty, defending that Patrícia Ellen, former secretary of Economic Development, Science and Technology under João Doria, occupy one of the key positions at the United Nations (UN) for the COP .

The letter, which contains the name of the BNDES director, argues that Patrícia Ellen should occupy a position similar to the one that would be occupied by Janja.
