In the first program of the second round of elections on TV in São Paulo, which will air this Friday (11), Mayor Ricardo Nunes (MDB), candidate for re-election, extols the advantage he had in the first round.
The strategy of the electoral program was to exalt the emedebista’s advantage and place the mayor as a victim of attacks by his opponents.
“I ran a clean campaign. I was so attacked… They attacked my family. I came from the outskirts. I came from adversity,” said Nunes.
Governor Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans) appeared prominently, but Jair Bolsonaro did not.
A CNN he also had access to the first electoral program of federal deputy Guilherme Boulos (PSOL).
Boulos directly cited digital influencer Pablo Marçal (PRTB) in an attempt to reach out to his opponent’s electorate.
“In the 1st round, 70% of people voted for the change. The majority of the city of São Paulo gave a message at the ballot box — even those people who hadn’t yet voted for me and Marta. Seven out of 10 São Paulo residents said we need to change.”
Boulos talks about the voters of businessman and influencer Pablo Marçal (PRTB), who did not reach the second round with the shortest distance ever reached by a candidate for his entry into the second round in the capital of São Paulo.
“I understand the people who voted for Marçal. I know that most of them are people who were indignant, angry with the way politics is done in São Paulo”, said Boulos.
The PSOL candidate also spoke about entrepreneurship proposals and credit projects for actions in the periphery. Boulos also praised the support of Marta Suplicy and Lula.
Boulos incorporated proposals from Tabata Amaral — defeated PSB candidate for Mayor of São Paulo — and mentioned the federal deputy in his first program of the second round on TV.
