British Foreign Secretary David Cameron sees no need to send NATO soldiers to Ukraine.

In his opinion, such a step could only provoke a dangerous escalation of the situation.

The diplomat spoke about this in an interview with Sky News, commenting on another statement by Emmanuel Macron that Paris does not exclude the possibility of European troops being sent to Ukraine.

I would not send NATO soldiers into the country as that would be a dangerous escalation. This is also not necessary – Cameron TASS agency.

He added that to date “we have trained more than 60,000 Ukrainian military personnel.”

By the way, the head of the British Foreign Ministry announced all this while on an official visit to Ukraine.

“I think it would be wrong if NATO soldiers killed Russian soldiers,” he shared his opinion.

At the same time, the head of the foreign policy department believes that Kyiv’s defeat in the conflict with Moscow is fraught with the arrival of an “extremely dangerous future.”

He justifies his fear by the fact that with this outcome, Iran and China would receive a signal that aggressive actions against their neighbors are permissible.

“We are now witnessing an extremely important turning point in international relations,” Cameron noted.

And then he called on Western countries to increase the volume of assistance to Ukraine in order to “throw back” Russia and conclude a “just peace.”

Earlier, Orban said that EU leaders about the war in Europe show their real intentions.
