According to the Houthis, the ship was seriously damaged and stopped moving completely.
Sky News Arabia, citing sources in Yemen, reported that the ship had already sunk.
The LSS-SAPU company confirmed that the ship was seriously damaged, adding that the crew managed to evacuate.
We are not sure about the condition of the vessel. There’s no one on board right now, the company said, noting that owners and managers are now considering towing options.
