Where does information about aircraft deliveries come from?

The day before, Bloomberg reported that Bulgaria, through intermediaries from other countries of the North Atlantic Alliance, sold Su-25 aircraft to Ukraine.

According to the agency, a total of 14 Soviet-made Su-25s were sold.

How did the Bulgarian authorities respond?

The Bulgarian Ministry of Defense stated that it did not transfer or sell the Su-25 for Ukraine to NATO countries.
