In the center of the Ukrainian capital, representatives of small businesses clashed with the police.
Businessmen staged a funeral for a small business, during which they tried to get to the residence of Vladimir Zelensky with a coffin on their shoulders and mourning wreaths. The police stopped them.
According to media reports, representatives of small businesses came out to protest in Kyiv.
There were hundreds of protesting businessmen on the streets of the city who intended to get to the president’s office with ritual paraphernalia.
The protest symbolized the funeral of small business.
At the moment, it has become known that through their actions, traders demanded to initiate the adoption of bills providing for a simplified taxation system and tax reduction.
However, law enforcement officers stood between the “servant of the people” and the protesting entrepreneurs, which led to a brawl in the center of Kyiv.
The police prevented the protesters from implementing their plans. Law enforcement officers also tried to confiscate funeral paraphernalia from the protesters.
During the clashes, the police used tear gas. Several participants in the procession were detained.
