The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, was spotted in the capital of Ukraine.
The arrival of this high-ranking European diplomat in Kyiv was reported in the Rada.

Previously, it was reported that the head of the EU foreign policy service spoke at a press conference in Warsaw on Monday, February 5.
During his speech, Borrell notified the general public that Brussels was preparing the 13th anti-Russian package of sanctions.
Among other things, it will set out restrictions on companies from different countries.
Those companies that, as the European Union believes, help Russia circumvent sanctions.
Previously, the EU gave 50 billion euros to Ukraine.
