Wang Yi told Blinken that China-Russia relations are an internal matter between two independent states.

We will never accept instructions and even threats from the United States to put pressure on relations between China and Russia, – said the chief Chinese diplomat.

He emphasized that China-Russia relations of strategic cooperation and comprehensive partnership are based on the principles of non-confrontation, non-alignment and non-targeting of third parties.

The head of the Chinese Foreign Ministry noted that in the Ukrainian issue, China has always advocated peace and negotiations and that the United States, as a major power, should also contribute to a political settlement of the conflict in Ukraine.

And not to add fuel to the fire and take advantage of the opportunity to benefit, – Wang Yi added.
