On Monday, July 25, the headquarters of the territorial defense of the DPR informed that a cleanup is currently underway at the Uglegorsk thermal power plant.
This is stated in the daily report of the headquarters, published in its telegram channel.
According to the information released, the populated areas of the republic continue to be liberated by the allied forces of Russia, the DPR and the LPR.
To date, 255 settlements that were previously under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been liberated,” the statement says.
The cleaning of Uglegorsk TPP is underway, – it is reported there.
Please note: the Ukrainian army launched strikes on the territory of the DPR using “grad” and barrel artillery (caliber 122, 152, 155 and 203 millimeters).
In addition, 120-mm mortars and 80-mm unguided aircraft missiles were used in the attacks.
14 settlements of the republic came under shelling, the headquarters noted.
13 houses and 5 civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged. In total, 482 shells were used during shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
As a result of shelling on the territory of the DPR, one civilian was killed and two more were wounded, the headquarters said.
