What the Czech President said about aid to Ukraine

Pavel emphasized that protecting Ukraine’s right to territorial integrity and sovereignty means protecting the principles on which the Czech Republic is based.

According to him, these principles in Ukraine must be protected using all necessary means.

But in such a way that the conflict does not escalate, – stated the head of the Czech state, noting that Ukraine should be provided with all the tools for protection.

He added that the Ukrainian and other conflicts pose a threat to the system of international relations formed after World War II, and called for the protection and strengthening of democracy and civil society.

The Aspen Annual Conference 2023 is organized by the Czech branch of the Aspen Institute, an international non-profit organization. The event is dedicated to global problems of our time.

The conference is attended by representatives of the European Commission, Czech ministers, security experts, political scientists, and scientists.
