Carla Maria de Oliveira e Souza, daughter of doctor José Roberto de Souza, filed a lawsuit in the São Paulo Court in which she requests the ineligibility of the candidate for Mayor of São Paulo, Pablo Marçal (PRTB).
The request, filed this Saturday (5), comes after Marçal published on his social networks a false medical report against candidate Guilherme Boulos (PSOL), supposedly signed by Carla’s father, who is dead.

In the petition, which has 56 pages, lawyer Felipe Torello Teixeira Nogueira alleges that the PRTB candidate committed the crime of document forgery, provided for in the Penal Code, and carries a penalty of one to five years in prison and a fine.
The text also highlights that José Roberto de Souza never worked as a psychiatrist, being a doctor in the field of hematology.

Investigations
The Federal Police opened an investigation this Saturday (5) to investigate an alleged medical report published on social media by Pablo Marçal against Guilherme Boulos.
The investigation was opened by a PF delegate at the São Paulo superintendence, according to the CNN.
The Superior Electoral Court (TSE) received the report published by Marçal and contacted the competent authorities. The agency forwarded it to the Regional Electoral Court of São Paulo (TRE-SP), which sent the case to the PF.
