Deployment of troops into Ukraine. NATO will announce its decision at a summit in July

191views

It became known that NATO wants to publicly announce the decision on the deployment of its troops to Ukraine at the July summit in the United States.

The event is scheduled for July 9-11. It is expected that it will take place in Washington.

It is there and then that the North Atlantic Alliance is going to officially notify the whole world of its refusal to send its troops to Ukraine.

TASS reported this with reference to the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, which has at its disposal a draft document that they want to approve following the summit.

The publication calls one of the key phrases of this document “no boots on the ground.”

The newspaper interprets this expression exclusively in the context of the Ukrainian issue as NATO’s refusal to send its soldiers to the territory of the specified country.

At the same time, the Alliance plans to further strengthen its eastern borders, wanting to increase the number of military personnel in the region to 300,000 people.

They are supposed to be used on lands along the ridge from the Baltic states to Bulgaria.

Previously, more than 10 NATO soldiers were parachuting.
