The doctor who signed the claim is dead, according to the Federal Council of Medicine (CFM).

The document that was published by Pablo Marçal (PRTB) on his social networks this Friday (3) contains the name of José Roberto de Souza, who is registered as an inactive doctor.

According to the prescription, Boulos, on January 19, 2021, was seen at the Mais Consulta medical clinic, in the Jabaquara neighborhood, in the south zone of the capital of São Paulo, with “a severe psychotic episode, persecutory delirium and homicidal ideas .”

He would still have “presented a period of mental confusion and an episode of agitation”. And, an external toxicological test presented by one of Boulos’ companions indicated positive for benzolymethylecgonine (cocaine).

And, subsequently, the PSOL candidate would have been referred to psychiatric service as an emergency.

According to Boulos, the owner of the clinic, Luiz Teixeira, was a supporter of Marçal and had falsified the document.

“Firstly, the owner of the clinic in the document he publishes has a video with Pablo Marçal. He is his supporter and we will publish this video here on my Instagram as soon as I finish the live. He falsified his document, using a CRM from a doctor who passed away two years ago, so that no one can be held responsible as a doctor”, he declared.

Boulos shows that he was in another location that day

Posts shared by Boulos’ campaign show that the candidate was in another location on the day the hospitalization allegedly took place and the day after.

On January 19, 2021, Boulos met with councilor Emerson Osasco (PCdoB), from the city of Greater São Paulo.

“This afternoon I was able to meet my partner Guilherme Boulos to talk about public policies and effective changes for our cities in the progressive field”, published Emerson.

The following day, January 20, 2021, the PSOL candidate was in the Community of Vietnam, in the south zone, in the solidarity campaign of the Homeless Workers Movement (MTST) during the pandemic.

A CNN contacted Marçal’s campaign and is awaiting positioning.
