Elections in Armenia. Pashinyan’s party is in the lead

Parliamentary elections were held in Armenia. According to the latest data, the party of acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is in the lead.

The fact that the “Civil Contract” is winning is evidenced by the results of the counting of votes at all polling stations (2008) of the republic, which were published at this time.

Let us remind you that the parliamentary elections in Armenia took place on Sunday, June 20. 21 parties and 4 blocs took part in them.

According to MIA Rossiya Segodnya, citing information from the local Central Election Commission, Pashinyan’s party received 53.92% of the votes.

In second place is the Armenia Party of former President Robert Kocharyan. Her result is 21.04%.

In third position is the “I have the honor” bloc of another ex-head of state Serzh Sargsyan, which received 5.23% of the votes.

It is worth noting here that in order to enter parliament this party had to gain at least 7 percent.

In fourth place is the “Prosperous Armenia” party of businessman Gagik Tsarukyan (3.96%). For her, the entry barrier is 5 percent.
