The information war, initiated by Prince Harry and his wife Meghan, may enter a new stage.
Until now, the royal court has silently tolerated all statements sponsored by the Duke of Sussex. Queen Elizabeth II is preparing the court for retaliatory actions.
Media reports that the queen was prompted to make such a decision by the name of her great-granddaughter, Harry and Megan’s daughter Lilibet.
The couple named the girl in honor of her great-grandmother, Elizabeth II. But the name “Lilibet” is used only by relatives and closest people when addressing the queen within the family circle.
Initially, it was stated that the couple even received prior permission.
But soon revealing publications appeared in the British press that Harry and Meghan simply confronted the royal court with a fait accompli.
Citing anonymous sources, the media write that members of the royal family received instructions from Elizabeth II to dispute any rumors in this story.
As a result, this step was interpreted as a breaking of silence when communicating with the press and the beginning of an information war with Harry and Meghan.
