What the President promised

He also said that over the next 4-5 years, the AKP and the administration will correct the mistakes made.

He said that during the designated period the authorities will focus on the “urgent problems” of the country, especially on the restoration of regions affected by earthquakes.

Economic issues relevant to Turkey will be discussed separately.

This is not the end

As for the elections, according to him, they passed calmly, without serious incidents, and became a kind of test for democracy.

“They were not the end, but the beginning of a turning point for us,” the president informed.
