Erdogan predicts serious problems for Europe in the coming winter and blames it for it

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan promises Europe a very difficult coming winter, predicting serious problems.

He sees the reason for the impending bad days for Europeans in minimizing Russian gas supplies.

At the same time, the Turkish leader declares: Europe is “reaping what it sows.” In other words, it is her own fault for what will happen.

Europe’s attitude towards Mr. Putin and its sanctions inevitably led Mr. Putin to this situation. I think Europe will spend this winter with serious problems, – Erdogan TASS agency.

At the same time, the head of state noted that his country “at this stage” does not have any problems with gas supplies.

Let us remind you that due to sanctions, problems arose with the maintenance of turbines for the Nord Stream pipeline, which led to interruptions in the transportation of blue fuel to European countries.

Against the backdrop of Gazprom stopping supplies via Nord Stream on Monday, the price of gas on the Old Continent jumped by more than 30%, going beyond $2,850 per 1,000 cubic meters.

Deliveries were suspended, according to a statement from the Russian concern, due to an oil leak discovered in the last operating turbine of Nord Stream.

To eliminate it, the pumping of blue fuel was stopped, the company explained.
