Ex-Prime Minister of Israel: Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine that began in Belarus were interrupted by the West

3views

Former head of the Israeli government Naftali Bennett said that the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine that began in Belarus were interrupted by the West.

The former prime minister spoke about this in an interview with Israeli television channel 12, the recording of which he published on his YouTube channel.

Why did the West break off negotiations?

When asked by the presenter whether the termination of the Russian-Ukrainian negotiations that began in Belarus was initiated by the West, Bennett answered in the affirmative.

The former prime minister noted that he was against this decision at the time.

They broke off negotiations. Then it seemed to me that they were wrong. Now I will say that it is too early to draw conclusions, – said the former head of the Israeli government.

According to him, the negotiations were interrupted due to the West’s decision to “smash Putin.”

The West made a completely legitimate decision that it was necessary to continue to smash Putin, and not come to an agreement, Bennett said.
