Complete misunderstanding, there is some kind of chaos on social networks, – one of the eyewitnesses assessed the situation in Kyiv, MIA reports.
The agency’s interlocutor added that Kyiv residents do not understand what to rely on: statements from the authorities or information published on social networks.
