John Kirby, coordinator of strategic communications at the White House National Security Council, also said that a decision on ATACMS has not yet been made.

According to some American media reports, the transfer of ATACMS will definitely not be announced during the visit of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to the United States.
