On September 15, The Wall Street Journal, citing American officials, reported that the Biden administration is considering the possibility of transferring ATACMS to Ukraine this fall, but a final decision has not yet been made.

John Kirby, coordinator of strategic communications at the White House National Security Council, also said that a decision on ATACMS has not yet been made.

According to some American media reports, the transfer of ATACMS will definitely not be announced during the visit of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to the United States.
