The Israel Defense Forces provided 6 hours for the population of the Gaza Strip to evacuate to the south.

The Israeli military provided a map with a route for the safe movement of civilians to the south of the enclave.

We urge Gazans[…]to leave Gaza City and head south for your safety. We inform you that the Israel Defense Forces will allow you to move through these streets without any trouble from 10:00 to 16:00. Use this time to get to the south, – MIA quotes the statement of the speaker of the Israeli army, Avichai Adrai, published on the social network X.

Along with the application, a map with the route of movement is presented.

Salah ad-Din and al-Bahr streets are considered safe for traffic. According to them, the population of coastal areas can move to a given area.

At the same time, the appeal to the residents of Gaza states that Hamas leaders allegedly “took care of themselves” and therefore the civilian population should not trust them.

Earlier, from a statement by the official representative of the UN Secretary General, Stephane Dujarric, it became known that Israel had issued an order to the population and UN staff located in the north of the Gaza Strip to evacuate to the south within 24 hours.

It is clarified that we are talking about 1.1 million people.

The UN called Israel’s ultimatum a crime against humanity, as well as a violation of international humanitarian law.

According to Vasily Nebenzya, the requirement to evacuate such a number of people in 24 hours is unacceptable and actually implies the creation of a ghetto.
