The commander of the ground forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Alexander Syrsky, made an important statement.
He said that in the near future the Ukrainian army could launch an offensive in the area of Artemovsk (DPR).
Very soon we will take advantage of this opportunity, – a high-ranking military MIA “Russia Today”.
Earlier, adviser to the acting head of the DPR, Yan Gagin, informed about a powerful group formed by Kiev near Chasovoy Yar.
According to him, the Ukrainian military periodically makes attempts to attack from that location.
Gagin noted that the number of Ukrainian Armed Forces reserves brought to the specified area could amount to tens of thousands of soldiers.
At the same time, he drew attention to the fact that even such an impressive number of troops would not be enough for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to launch an offensive.
According to the adviser, these forces are not enough for Kyiv to form strike units and armored groups capable of trying to break through the front.
