German prosecutors are closely involved in the Rammstein leader: very serious charges

0views

The Berlin prosecutor’s office has launched an investigation into the actions of the leader of the cult German rock band Rammstein, Till Lindemann.

The fact is that he had previously been repeatedly accused of sexual harassment.

And so the relevant authorities began to check – the TASS agency with reference to the newspaper Der Tagesspiegel, which in turn refers to its own sources.

The publication notes that the prosecutor’s office is conducting an investigation into suspicions that the musician violated Article 177 of the German Criminal Code, which provides punishment for sexual harassment or rape.

Previously, the German press regularly reported on women’s appeals to law enforcement agencies with statements that the rocker had sexually harassed them.

Against this background, at the beginning of this month, the publishing house Kiepenheuer & Witsch decided to stop collaborating with Lindemann.
